Send the product link or SKU, quantity, destination country and postal code. Mention customization requests because the complete order needs to be considered when discussing preparation and delivery.

Ask which shipping options can be offered for that order, what the shipping charge includes and which currency is being quoted. Shipping is separate from the published jersey price. Confirm the complete total before paying.

Separate preparation from transit.

Order preparation takes 1–2 days. International transit starts after dispatch and depends on the destination and service. Your written quotation confirms the transit estimate, shipping charge and any agreed delivery deadline.

If you need a jersey for a match, trip or gift, give the required date before confirming the order. Ask what can be confirmed for that deadline; a general estimate should not be treated as an agreed arrival date.

Check the delivery details.

Confirm whether tracking will be provided, how it will be shared and which carrier or service is planned. Review the delivery address when it is requested for the order, including any details needed for successful delivery.

Ask what the next steps would be if tracking stops updating, a delivery attempt is missed or the parcel is reported as delivered but cannot be found.

Clarify possible import charges.

For an international delivery, ask whether the quote includes any import duties, taxes or local handling fees, and who would be responsible for charges that arise. If you need destination-specific information, check with the relevant customs authority or carrier.

Have any agreed responsibility for these charges included with the order details before payment.
