Returns and exchanges are reviewed case by case, including transit loss, product issues and customer-related issues. There is no universal return period or automatic refund promise; the applicable deadline, remedy and shipping responsibility are confirmed before payment.

Ask for any time limit, when that period starts, the condition required for the item and the information you would need to provide. Keep the confirmed terms with your quote and order details.

• Required item condition, packaging and included accessories.
• Available outcome and any relevant conditions.

Discuss customization separately.

If you are requesting a printed name, number or another personalized detail, ask how that affects returns, exchanges and corrections for your exact order.

Check the spelling, capitalization, number, style and placement in writing before payment. Make sure both sides have the same final customization specification.

Know the steps and possible costs.

Ask how to start a request, what information is needed and how a return address would be provided. Confirm who would cover return shipping, any replacement shipping and any other applicable charges.

If a refund or replacement is part of the agreed arrangement, ask how it would be processed and what timing is expected. Before sending an item back, confirm the return address and next steps in the conversation.

Make an item issue easy to understand.

If an item arrives with a concern, contact us on WhatsApp with your order reference and a clear description. Include useful photographs of the item, the specific issue and relevant packaging, along with the date it arrived.

• Damage or wrong item: include photographs of the affected jersey, label and packaging, and the agreed SKU.
• Fit or size concern: include the requested size and flat chest/length measurements.
• Printing issue: include the approved name, number and placement alongside close-up photographs.
• Transit loss: include the carrier, tracking reference and latest tracking status.
