01

Identify the jersey, then check the version

Start with the product link or SKU. Add the team, season and color or kit type so both sides are discussing the same item. Confirm any details you care about against that exact listing.

A version name alone does not establish a specific fit, material, weight or construction. If a listing uses terms such as player, fan or retro, ask what those terms mean for the actual SKU. Request clarification of an important detail rather than assuming every product with that label is made alike.

02

Choose a size using comparable information

Size labels can vary between styles. Use an existing jersey as a reference and ask for the measurement information available for the item and size you want. Check that both measurements use the same method and unit.

Tell us whether you prefer a closer or looser fit. If you need a particular sleeve or body length, bring that into the conversation before choosing a size. Do not rely only on a photograph or the size you normally wear.

03

Write down every customization detail

If you want customization, ask whether it is available for the exact product. Send the name, number and any other requested option exactly as you want it to appear, including spelling, spaces and capitalization.

Confirm the available lettering style, placement, additional cost and any effect on the order or return arrangements. Ask for the final customization specification in writing before payment. Do not assume a detail shown on a reference image is included.

04

Confirm the complete quote and delivery plan

The catalog is a starting point for an inquiry. Request a quote for the selected products, quantities and options, and confirm the currency, any delivery charges and the payment arrangements before proceeding.

Share your destination country and postal code to ask about shipping options. If you have a deadline, state the date clearly and ask what can be confirmed. Distinguish preparation time from transit time, and check how tracking, possible import charges and delivery problems would be handled.

  • Exact product, version, size and quantity.
  • Availability and any customization specification.
  • Item total, delivery charges, currency and payment details.
  • Destination, preparation estimate and shipping arrangement.
  • The return, exchange and problem-reporting terms for the order.

05

Keep the written confirmation

Review the final details together before paying. Keep the conversation, quote and any agreed specifications so there is a clear reference for the order.

You can build a shortlist on this site and open it in WhatsApp. Opening the conversation does not send a message automatically, and adding an item to your inquiry list does not reserve it or place an order.
